Climbing Senaru crater rim 2 Days itinerary
Day 0: Lombok Airport – Senaru Village (601m) Stay Overnight at Accommodation At the foot of Mt.Rinjani
Our staff will pick you up at any location You request as Lombok Airport, Lembar/ Bangsal harbor, Teluk Kodek, or maybe from any main object tourist in ( Mataram, Senggigi, Kuta Lombok,3 (Gili Trawangan, Meno, Air) and will pick up by our representative staff, then transfer to your hotel in Senaru and transfer after the trek to next your destination within lombok.
Meet your trekking guide will give a free briefing about the trekking procedure and prepare for your trips. If enough time we’ll guide you for exercise to Waterfall Sindang Gile and Tiu Kelep Waterfall the day before your trek start if you arrive 3 pm before sunset time.
Day 1: Senaru Village (601m) – Senaru Crater rim Stay overnight on 2641m.
Wake up at 06:30 and get hot breakfast at 07:00 am 07:30 am our mountain car pick you up drop to start Point Registration at the Mount Rinjani national Park Centre, our trekking tour begins at 7.30-8.00am in the cool morning, the first 30 minutes we walk are in the open views and green plant of the coffee tree, bamboo, and many others of the plants belong to the Local peoples in Senaru can be seen, we pass walk 30 minutes then we reach the Gate or Jebak Gawah the Senaru Office (720masl) of the tropical rain forest, a short break for 10-15 minute for Register Erinjani ticket and then we continue our trek through the jungle where we will shadowing by the sun, walk in the humid temperatures and its will protecting us from the sunshine, a long the way up we will see and found many big trees sound of the animal monkey black/brown monkey can be seen and hear, three hours approximately we walked then we will reach and found pos 2(1.500m) it called pos MONTONG SATAS where we can do break and lay down to recover our energy while waiting for our guide and porters prepare soft drinks crackers and fresh fruits, banana, pineapple will be served here.
It’s time to go now!, we are still in the middle of the tropical rain forest, to get to pos 3 need time approximately 2 hours and during the trips, we will find and see the local strawberry it growing long the way ( June, July, August it season) two hours approximately we pass pos 2 then we arrive at pos3(2.000m) which called MONDOKAN LOKAK where our porters and guide do cook for lunch here fresh fruits and biscuits snack will be served here, beware! here their many brown monkeys who live here some time they will steal your small backpack so make sure don’t leave it away from you. After 1,5 hours we do rest here then we will continue to Crater Rim (2.641m) first 20 minutes we pass the Mondokan Lokak then out from the tropical rainforest so we walk on the Savanna on the hills with open views than the trail quite steep but the beautiful scenery of the 45% over Senaru village taking a break we called CEMARA LIMA and then we go further to Pelawangan 1 Senaru Crater Rim (2.641m) for about one hour to get there camping and overnight with own dinner here, the trail is stony and quite steep up, and you will find a great moment of your life from Senaru Rim views:- Spectacular sunset over the 3 Gilis and mountain Agung in Bali- Sunrise from next to the valley of mt. Sanggka Reyang – Smoke that throughout hole of New volcano in the middle of Lake Segara Anak- Peak of Rinjani mountain 3.726m- Best sleep under the bridge of milky way & stars
Day 2: Senaru Crater rim (2641m) Breakfast – Down to Senaru Village (601m) – Drop off to Airport or other place within Lombok Area
Wake up at 6:00am After breakfast and enjoying the sunrise, and taking the picture with beautiful scenery of the lake and prepare belonging we will go down to Senaru village for 4-5 hours down and you’ll stopping for at lunch pos extra 1, then we will arrive at Senaru Rinjani Trekking Centre around 12.30 am to 13.00 pm and take your own luggage then our private car will bring to next your destination within Lombok as Bangsal harbor if you going to 3 Gilis island, Senggigi, Mataram or Lombok international airport as you guys requested and the ends of our service & good byeee

If you book your trekking package with Lombok Mountain you will be provided English speaking with local mountain guide and local porters who will carry the trek equipment and cooking gear.
However our mountain guide and porters in charged just to carry all trekking equipment such as tents, sleeping bag, mats, pillow, chair, table and toilet tents and cooking gear and they are not to charged to bring your personal belonging.
If you need extra porter to carry your personal belongging they are available but extra cost 30$ per day per porter. And other your luggage you can put at our office and get them back after the trek done.
What is The Temperature like In The Mountains?
•The temperature in the day is around 15~25 degree Celsius at and below the rims At nights
•The temperature at the Rim is usually below 10 degree Celsius. At times, it can be near freezing especially towards the summit rinjani.

Senaru official Register of eRinjani ticket (jebak gawah/pintu senaru) – Senaru village 601 meter above the sea level. hiking time 25 -30 minute with distance 1,5 km And by transport pick up 10 minute.
